Dates: Friday, December 6 – Sunday, December 8, 2024
Location: Agua Prieta, Mexico at La Hacienda Feliz

• Cost per adult: $300

All meals, accommodations and transportation included.

WEEKEND DETAILS:

Friday:
- 2:00pm: meet at the Gadsden Hotel in Douglas, AZ and cross the border together
- Visit the Migrant Center, Vecinos Neighborhood, tour the barrios and then settle in at La Hacienda Feliz Dormitory
- Migrant Museum presentation
- Puro Mexican dinner and gift wrapping party – wrap gifts for children from the orphanage
Saturday:
- After breakfast, home building projects in the barrio
- After lunch, holiday posadas, games and activities with children from the orphanage.
- Evening happy hour, dinner & entertainment
Sunday:
- Breakfast
- Food distribution at La Hacienda Feliz
- Visit to the dog shelter
- 10:30 a.m. leave for the border
