Luis joins the Rancho Feliz Board of Directors as a former scholar and Rancho Feliz Volunteer. Luis is the President and CEO for Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation, one of the largest and longest serving foster care foundations in Arizona. Before assuming non-profit leadership, Luis was a strategist at Deloitte. Luis’ professional and personal background allows him to have a profound understanding of the immigration problem Rancho Feliz is trying to solve. 

 

Luis has business degrees from Arizona State University, where he also wrote an award-winning thesis on U.S. Immigration Law, and holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
