  • Bio: Sebastian is happy and playful boy. He's a very active four-year-old who is ready to take on kindergarten! He's curious about everything and is eager to learn new things. His family has lived in Vecinos neighborhood since 2005. Sebastians's older sister has been the recipient of a Rancho Feliz Guardian Warrior scholarship for many years and is currently in college studying to become a physical therapist.
