  • Bio: Luis is a special scholarship request because he and his family don't live in the Rancho Feliz Vecinos neighborhood. The principal of the school has recommended him and his sister because their family is struggling to pay tuition. Luis's grades and behavior reports are excellent and he is an exemplary bilingual student. He's responsible, friendly and is a very loyal to his little sister, Mia. He's destined for great things and is deserving of a scholarship!
