Day 1- Friday, March 21st

12:00pm: Meet in Douglas and enjoy lunch at the Blueberry Cafe 

1:00pm: Cross the border together and visit Colegio Anais, for a special performance and visit with the students 

4:00pm: Settle in at La Hacienda Feliz

4:30pm: For new volunteers, quick tour of the La Hacienda Feliz

5:00pm: Happy Hour in the Tower

6:00pm: Puro Mexican dinner at La Hacienda Feliz 

6:45pm: Rancho Feliz Welcome and Orientation

7:30pm: “Time in the Tiendita” for Rancho Feliz souvenir shopping

Day 2 – Saturday, March 22nd

6:30am: Coffee available at La Hacienda Feliz

7:00am: Breakfast served at La Hacienda Feliz 

Note: two morning options

8:30am: Volunteers are driven to worksite project OR take a tour of Agua Prieta with a local guide (in English) 

12:00pm: Lunch at La Hacienda Feliz

Note: two afternoon options

1:00pm: Volunteers return to worksite project OR meet up with your student at our Vecinos community for an afternoon of fun – games, arts and crafts, etc. 

4:30pm: Return to La Hacienda Feliz – optional visit to the dog shelter

5:15pm: Missing Migrant Museum talk 

5:30pm: Happy Hour in the Tower 

6:00pm: Fandango Mexican dinner at La Hacienda Feliz with Mariachi’s

7:30pm: “Time in the Tiendita” for Rancho Feliz souvenir shopping

Day 3 – Sunday, March 23rd

6:30am: Coffee available at La Hacienda Feliz

7:00am: Breakfast served at La Hacienda Feliz 

8:00am: Food distribution at La Hacienda Feliz for needy families

9:00am: “Time in the Tiendita” for Rancho Feliz souvenir shopping

9:30am: Vecinos Community tour 

10:00am: Depart for the border
